Program Objectives
- To provide relevant academic co-curricular and extra-curricular programs in sciences, mathematics and home economics in the development of knowledge, skills and attitudes of prospective secondary teachers.

- To turn out secondary teacher graduates who can undertake purposeful studies in sciences, mathematics and home economics.
- To train future secondary teachers in sciences, mathematics and home economics who can provide effective transfer of learning that spur economic activity and development.

Bachelor of Elementary Education major in English
Program Objectives
- To produce graduates who are pedagogically prepared to teach English (elementary level) in the global village;
- To become efficient and effective agents and models of change to cope with the opportunities and challenges on the millennium;
- To engage in operational, entrepreneurial and supervisory opportunities in the filed of education; and;
- To demonstrate the necessary skills and competencies in conducting research and extension projects.
Certificate in Professional Teaching
Program Objectives
General:
To develop in the non teacher education graduates the proper attitudes, work habits, and the competence of a professional teacher to teach either in the elementary, secondary and tertiary level.
Specific:
Specifically, it aims to make teachers out of the non-teacher education graduates to be able:
- To meet the education component requirements for the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) and qualify them to teach in either the elementary, secondary and tertiary level.
- To adequately apply appropriate principles, methods and strategies of teaching in all levels.
- To prepare lesson plans, choose and use appropriate methods and media of instruction in the classroom;
- To show a high level of awareness of the behavioral problems of pupils or students in the classroom;
- To demonstrate the proper attitudes and work habits expected of professional teachers in their student teaching courses.

Program Objectives
- To provide a leading teacher training program for sports, physical education, recreation, health and dance by producing graduates equipped with employable and competitive knowledge and skills committed to improve the lives of the Filipinos particularly in the MinSuPala region through quality education.
- To produce competent graduates with positive values and attitudes through its highest teaching ideals, service and researches in the promotion of the program.
- To develop the sense of responsibility and leadership among our prospective graduates through community outreach and extension program.
- To prepare students to become effective physical education teachers, recreation leaders, sports coaches, trainers, consultants, managers and even physical fitness instructors in schools and others commercial/industrial agencies.
- To provide the would-be teachers the competencies needed on working with sectors in the region who have special needs.

- To turn out graduates who can undertake purposeful studies and extension activities to improve quality of life.
Bachelod of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BS HRM)
Program Objectives
General:
Offer and implement a degree program to upgrade the capabilities of employees in hotels and restaurants;
Specific:
- To provide highly competent and academically prepared managers and supervisors in hotels and restaurants;
- To turn out future entrepreneurs in the hotel and restaurant business who may not only promote our country as a tourist destination but also provide employment to the unemployed and underemployed;
- To work with global applications on the hotel and restaurant business.
- To provide career opportunities in the field of Hotel and Restaurant and other related work.
- To provide highly competent H/R workers in the cooking and preparation of food, catering services, and managing the hotel and restaurant business.
- To provide students with extensive training and prepare them to be more responsive to the needs of the hotel and restaurant industry; and
- To create a sense of participation and contribution in the development of tourism in the country.
