House Rules
- The Hostel is open to admit lodgers or occupants from 8AM to 9 PM only from Monday to Sunday. Curfew hours, however, is strictly imposed from 12 midnight to 4:00AM in which case visitors shall no longer be entertained.
- Reservations can be made through telephone, email, fax or postal mail but have to be confirmed one day before the actual date of occupancy.
- A valid identification card is required for registration, passport or driver’s license and the like are acceptable. Registering couples have to declare their relationship as such.
- Children below 13 years old without an accompanying guardian of age are not allowed to check-in.
- Check-out time is 12 noon. Guests who wish to extend their stay beyond 12:00 noon will be charged full.
- Keys must be deposited to the counter whenever the guests goes out or leaves the hostel.
- The safety of personal belongings of the guest shall be his/her responsibility unless the same are deposited with the Hostel management.
- Guests shall receive visitors only at the reception area, otherwise, management’s consent is sought for bringing them inside the room.
- Guests must be in decent attire when roaming around the Hostel or when staying at the reception area.
- Smoking, bringing/taking drugs and drinking of alcoholic liquor inside the Hostel premises are strictly prohibited.
- Bringing of deadly weapons or any kind of firearms inside the Hostel is absolutely prohibited. Military and PNP personnel, escorts or bodyguards have to register their respective firearms at the counter.
- Loitering, vandalism and spitting on the floor are strictly prohibited. Unnecessary noise during night time is likewise prohibited, such that loud music and conversation are discouraged.
- Lights, water, air-conditioner and other electrical appliances shall be turned-off when not in use.
- Heating appliances and other electronic gadgets are not allowed inside the guestroom.
- Damaged or defaced Hostel property caused by the guests shall be their personal liability and the actual cost therefore shall be added to the bill.
- A guest who wish to extend his/her stay for a number of days must inform the counter in charge one day in advance.
- Personal belongings left in the Hostel must be claimed within 24 hours. Otherwise a storage fee of P50.00 per day shall be charged. If unclaimed within 6 months the same shall be disposed of without prior notice.
- Payment of bills and settling of liabilities shall be made before check-out time. Cashier’s Time: 8:00-12:00A.M. 1:00-3:00 P.M.
- MSU-IIT personnel, affiliates and other professional organizations can avail of the Institute rates upon approval by the Chancellor.
