Overview

The Office of International Affairs is a unit under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development. It acts as the central coordinating office in leading the process of integrated internationalization and global engagements of the Institute. As such, it is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the development and updating of policies and guidelines pertaining to international affairs; coordinating and overseeing the establishment, development and review of the Institute University's formal bilateral and multilateral relations and programs with global partners; spearheading the integration of global perspectives into the curriculum; and providing logistical, technical and administrative support for international engagement in campus or abroad, among others.

• Technical assistance for official foreign travels of Institute faculty and staff
• Assistance to inbound and outbound visiting faculty
• Assistance to inbound and outbound exchange students
• Assistance to internationalization activities and engagements
• Assistance to creation and update of international linkages
• Assistance to faculty and staff attending international conferences, for a or seminars as participants or paper presenters
• Assistance in the renewal, extension and conversion of visa and special study permits of foreign students
• Facilitate study tours
